Where would you like to see it? (On the app't book screen? On one of the patient files "tabs? In the clinical notes?)
Cheers, J.
This is something that comes up a lot, I know I've asked about this too.  "Last Appointment" should be last attended appointment.  If it's missed, then it should show in Missed Appointments under the Appointments tab.  But the issue we're having is that we bill for Missed Appointments, so Last Appointment is totally useless in this way.

There needs to be a way of having an appointment marked as Missed.  Maybe it's a billing code or something that distinguishes it as a missed appointment?  I think a check box on the appointment would be useful.  If it's checked, then "Last Appointment" would not be updated, or maybe it's in red or something to show straight away on the front page that they missed that last appointment.

Hi MFC. Thank you for your post.

In Front Desk version 16.9.14 and above, there is a setting you can enable in System Information > Options that will show the Last Appointment date on the patient file as the date of the last billed appointment. This should resolve your issue as long as you don't bill a missed appointment to the practitioner on the date the appointment is booked:

That won't work for us as sometimes clients will purchase products and not have been in a consultation.

The problem we have is that they might have been in one clinic for hands on work and at the other clinic for a class.  The only way to check is to at transactions each time someone makes a booking, this also doesn't help for Gateway bookings either.  Not sure there is a fix for that either.

Doesn't help either if the client hasn't told us if it is a new injury - then they need a longer apt. time also.
