"FrontDeskANZHealth.dll" infected - please advise

Hi crew,
Just installed 18.2.4 on a laptop and had the message from the laptop's virus scanner, Avast: 

"We have moved FrontDeskANZHealth.dll to ... because it was infected with Win32:Evo-gen [Susp]"
We don't do any online claiming/banking though FrontDesk. 
Should we be concerned?

Hi Joyaa. We can confirm that this DLL file has been created by Smartsoft and relates to the new ANZ HealthPay integration. It appears that your virus scanner is detecting it as a malicious file in error and we recommend that it is safe to ignore this message. We have digitally signed this DLL in later versions of Front Desk to improve the reputation of the file so that most virus scanners do not flag it as malicious.
