Ability to Add Logo to Patient Booking Gateway Email Templates

It would be very appreciated if there was an ability to add our practice logo to emails that are sent through the PBG.  At the moment if you add your logo to the email templates, the emails cannot actually be sent.  It's a great function on FD - please add it to PBG!

Hi Kristina. It is possible to add your practice logo into the Patient Booking Gateway appointment/class confirmation email templates by copying some basic HTML code provided below. Be sure to replace the dummy URL with the URL of your logo, which you'll likely be able to find on your website.

<img src="http://YOUR_LOGO_URL_HERE"></img>

We plan to review the Patient Booking Gateway email template area in the future, at which point we will look at making this process a little easier.

So just so I am clear - this can be added to ANY of the email templates that exist on the PBG?  It's just that we have had trouble in the past when I added the logo to all the templates, as this resulted in them not being able to be sent.

Hi Kristina. At this stage, we only recommend adding the logo to the new appointment and class confirmation templates.

Can we use the same image that prints on our invoices?  Which is different to our basic logo.  Or does it have to be a basic logic - symbol only.  Sharon

Hi Sharon. Regarding adding a logo to your Patient Booking Gateway appointment confirmation template, you can include the URL of any image you like. In order to use the logo that is included on your Front Desk invoices, you will need to have your web developer upload this image to your website so that you can obtain its URL.
