Hi,
How can you attach more than one document to an email to a patient?

Hi Ellee,

When attaching documents to an email, holding CTRL will allow you to select multiple items at once.

The same applies to the Attachments tab, simply hold CTRL to select multiple documents before clicking the Email button.

Hi Andrew, how can you attach from two different file locations? I haven't been able to make this work specifically. OR if we want to email two clinical note records to a patient.

Hi Ellee

I believe you’re trying to email more than one clinical note to one email address. The way to do this is to press Print > Preview > Save as PDF for each patient. Then use the method Andrew suggested above to attach multiple files to an email.

Hi Andrew & Steven,

As an example we have resources for patients saved in our computer drives which we email to them. To email the documents if they are in different file locations, right now we have to send separate emails. Can Smartsoft considering adding additional 'attach' fields so we can attach more than one document in different file locations?

We do not need to email more than one clinical note.

Hi Ellee. We have had a quick meeting with our development team and we are happy to add this as a future development item.
