The Front Desk Web Appointment Book provides easy to access your appointment book in a web browser - whether you're on a computer, smartphone, tablet and even older PDAs, the Web Appointment Book can be formatted for your device. It is great solution for staff who need access to their appointments not only inside the practice but when they're outside of the practice as well.

Once installed, to access the smartphone version, simply add /mobile to the end of your Web Appointment Book URL in your browser e.g. https://smartsoft.com.au/webplusdemo/mobile
This guide shows how to add your Web Appointment Book to your smartphone home screen so that it can sit alongside other apps you have installed. If you can successfully access your Web Appointment Book in your smartphone browser, follow these simple steps to add it to your home screen:
Apple iPhone (Safari)
1. Navigate to your Web Appointment Book link in Safari and tap on the share button at the bottom of the browser.
2. Tap Add to Home Screen.
3. Return to your home screen to see and access your newly created shortcut.

2. Tap the + icon and save your new bookmark.

3. “Long press” on the newly created bookmark by holding your finger down to bring up the contextual options and select “Add shortcut to home”.

4. Return to your home screen to see and access your newly created shortcut.
