Active/Inactive Patient Report - Excluding recalls

I am having trouble with this report.  If I tick the box "Exclude Patients with Future Recalls" it still includes patients that have recalls in the report. I am wanting a list of patients that do not have another appointment and are not on a recall list so I know who we have missed.  This report would be perfect if that button worked!

After investigation, we have identified that recurring recalls are not being considered by the 'Exclude patients with future recalls' filter. This will be resolved in the next release of Front Desk.
