Add Second Row of Group Tabs to Appointment Book

We are a very large multi-discipline practice and we currently have 22 separate Practice Groups.  As you can imagine, we are forever scrolling across the bottom to get to the Practice Group tab we need to look at.

Is it possible to get a second row of tabs at the bottom of the appointment book so we can see all the groups without having to scroll. As you know you have to keep clicking the arrow button in order to scroll - holding the mouse button down doesn't work.  This takes time and in a big practice, even the seemingly smallest amount of time can be precious.

Not sure if it works for you but if you group by sports med, physio, podiatry etc you can have potentially 5 or 6 tabs instead of 22 and save yourself time that way. It doesnt matter that monies would be settling into different accounts for each practitioner potentially but from that perspective it will no doubt change your end of day procedures.

Thanks David.  I have looked at that.  The problem for us is that we have a complicated business set-up.  Doing this would increase task time for me more than it would decrease time for Reception.

Yes, thought that might be the case but in case you hadnt thought of it, I threw it out there. Good luck. Sounds like its one for a phone call to tech support ☺

I have spoken to them about it before.  They asked me to put it in here as a suggestion - so here it is  :)  :)
