Adding practice location with next appointment on patient receipts

As we have 2 locations, it would be very helpful to our patients if the location of their next appointment came up on the bottom of their receipts, as well as the date/time - is this something you could look at adding in a future update please?

Hi Mandi. Most practices running multiple locations will have a custom header so that the correct address for the location will be displayed at the top of the receipt. If you require a custom address header for additional locations, please contact our Business Care team on 1800 18 18 20 an dial 2 after the prompt.

Of course, this is only suitable where patients are only attending one location. If patients attend appointments at multiple locations, the best solution is to print or email them a copy of their appointment schedule from the appointments tab on their patient file:



The appointment schedule does list the practitioner and location of the appointment. 



Practices who have implemented the Patient Booking Gateway can also direct their patients to log into their account and print or email themselves their appointment schedule.



Again, the location of the appointment will be listed when printing or emailing the appointment schedule.

Hi.  I also support this.My practice is also multiple location and it is very frustrating that the address of the location they are attending will not print out. Can this please by upgraded. Simply putting the suburb is not helpful in getting the patients to their correct location. There are standard letter tags for it but they dont work. Thanks
