Adding the capability to COPY a standard letter template

Hi Crew,

Please may we add the capability of COPYING a standard letter template.  This would work in the same was as the "COPY" button works in the appointment book "rules".   Simply copy an existing letter template, make edits as required, and then save under a new name.

I have templates letters on Frontdesk - you can open then up in the client file and just change the necessary fields as needed.  You can add all the merge field codes into the template to automatically complete most of the letter eg. Dr Name/Address, Client details, Provider details, etc.  

I have posted examples previously.  I have template letters for Certificate of Attendance, Physio Medicare Letters - first / last, basic, and Podiatry specific letters.  Once you open the template in the client file complete the details and save directly into the client file.

Hi Sharon,
Yes - I understand that - we have some 20+ templates on our system.  What I would like to see streamlined is the capability of more speedily creating one template from another.  (Once the letter is saved on a person's file, it's not a "template").
