Address formatting on Letters created within Word and sent via ARGUS is an issue

Jamie and Nathan were very helpful today, as always regarding the formatting of the addresses in FD. Argus secure messaging is used for communicating with referrers here. The formatting of the address leaves 2 spaces between the suburb and the state. This appears that our letters are not formatted professionally. It does make the address very readable within FD which is fantastic. It is however a nuisance that it has to be adjusted with EVERY letter that is sent.

Hi Heather

Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to consider this.

At one point, two spaces were considered better for address formatting even in letters, however we understand that your personal preference may be one space.

Would other Community members please let us know what they think in regards to this - should we have one or two spaces between suburb and state in the address letter tag?

This has been a pet peeve of mine for ages and I have rung up about it previously.
I agree with Heather and would love to see it changed so we don't have to alter every letter manually.
