Apointment Only Added to Active/Inactive Report

Is there any way that you could add Patients with an appointment between dates to the Active/Inactive patient Report?  We like to make sure that all our patients have either another appointment or a recall at the end of each day. The most important ones to check are those people who cancelled their appointment.  However, they don't come up on the report as they don't actually have a transaction on that day. This means we have to check them individually. Could a category be added that just says had an appointment rather than a transaction or is there another way to get this information? This would save us a lot of time. Thanks

Hi Celia

While it won't help determine if the patient has a future recall, the Future Appointments report could help you confirm all your patients have a future appointment. The Future Appointments report will list all the patients who have had an appointment within the search range, then list up to 3 appointments they have booked in the future.  You could use this to quickly find any patients who have had an appointment on the day, but don't have any future appointments. Please note if you have deleted the appointment on the searched day the patient won't appear in the report.

The Future Appointments report can be found from the Appointment Book under Reports & Utilities.

We are open to hearing other users thoughts on this idea, and whether they have any other solutions or suggestions.

That is a better report as it does include people who have not had any transactions but did have an appointment.  To add a tick box that said no appointment or recall to the bottom would make it even better!!!  :)

Also if that report could be exported that would make it better again!
