Appoinment Cancellations - Include Patient phone number

hi there,

Our physio's don't all have front desk licences so when they get the email they'd like to be able to call the patient to discuss, however they need to look up the patient's number in front desk to do this. Is it possible for the cancellation notices to have the patient's phone number as well so that they can make the call when they get the email Our physio's are loving receiving the emailed cancellation notices by the way!!

Hi Teresa. Thank you for the feedback, I'm glad to hear this feature is helping the practice. The initial thought behind these emails was purely to inform the practitioner of the cancellation. I agree that it might help in some practice environments to include further patient details, though other practices may not want client details being sent to individual practitioners that don't have access to Front Desk. We would also need to consider the security policies in place regarding patient information. We will consider this as a per practitioner option for a future release.
