Appointment made details (for changed appointments)

If a patient arrives too late for their appointment but is able to be slotted in for a later appointment on the same day the appointment is simply dragged into the new time slot. 

Now the appointment details reflect that the appointment was made on the current day, instead of when they originally booked the appointment (for example, two months ago).

Could I suggest that a "drag and drop" appointment on the same day be registered by the system as a changed appointment, and that the original booking information be retained by the system.

Hi Anita. Though the heading 'App Made' may be misleading, this is indicating when the appointment was either made or last changed. So that we can get a better understanding of your suggestion, how does the appointment made/changed date affect your booking process?

Thanks. It is of interest to have the original booking details if something 'goes wrong' with a booking and in case we need to follow it up with staff.

Also assists if you accidentally move an apt - its records the change.  ST
