We had a team meeting yesterday & were discussing our cancellation policy. I shared figures from the "Appointment Report" regards our cancellation, missed & rescheduled numbers. I had shared that we lose many tens of thousands of dollars a year through cancellation & missed appointments. I was "challenged" & maybe fairly that the majority of those who miss, are called & rebooked so are not really a financial loss. I'm just trying to get my head around what the appointment report is practically telling me & how I use it when sharing with our team. How do you share this information with your team?
