Hi there, I have found some instructions to generate the Appointments Report (to get a list of cancelled appointments for each practitioner) - but can't seem to find where to do this on the software? help please! :)

Hi Sarah. The Appointments Report is accessed from the Reports & Utilities section of the appointment book.

thanks heaps! Is it possible to generate one so that it shows the reason for cancellation, and whether the another appt has been booked at all?
