Appointment Rules expiry date

We run a large group of clinics and we have thousands of rules for practitioner times, lunch breaks, holidays etc etc. We also have a lot of rules that are used as 'one offs" for example a practitioner may start earlier for a few days to cover some one else. These types of rules only apply for a short period of time but remain in the rules list forever unless we go in and remove them. It would be great to be able to set an expiry date when making the rule that deleted it once its no longer relevent.

We appreciate that in larger more complicated practices over a long period of time the rules in the appointment book might become unwieldy. We agree that it is probably a good idea to have options to automatically archive or delete rules after a certain date.

We will be adding this functionality in a future version of Front Desk. Follow this post to be kept in the loop with updates as they become available.
