Appointment rules - right click on time slot

It would be great to have the ability to add a rule to an appointment slot by right clicking on the time eg No new patient, urgent only etc. This would avoid the lengthy process of having to do it through system information. You could set up default the colour code that you wish each "rule" added by this manner to be ie red writing on white background.

Oh yes something like this would be great.  We use casual appts a lot for temporary changes to the calendar.  And sometimes the practitioners will have an "emergency patient" slot...

Would find something like the right click very handy. also, Is it possible to have the default position as 'closed' or 'unavailable' and the you only to make a rule for when a practitioner is available. At the moment the practice is open from 7-7 and on most days there is the requirement for 2 rules to be made to rule out closed times instead of one rule for availability.... hope that makes sense.

Rules:
We have the diary closed initially then only open the hours available and put rules for lunch breaks.  If you mark the breaks for manual access only you can still book over them but you need to make sure you replace the practitioners break.  This would also depend on room availability across the diary if practitioners share rooms.

If you have administration access only for rule changes - the right click function would not work.
You need to be careful around all staff having access to changing rules and settings across the functionality of your program defaults, etc.

Patient Booking Gateway.  You can also unclick gateway access in the rules so it is a manual access only for appointments making it not accessible through the gateway but staff can put entries into the diary manually.
