Appointment scheduler - available times

When using appointment scheduler, the up and down arrows are supposed to give the next available time slot. When I click on the arrows, the time increases by 15 min intervals - it doesn't go to the next available time slot for the practitioner on the day. Is there something I am doing wrong?

The Community is a great way for members to share ideas and collaborate, but it is less suitable for helpdesk or technical support queries. We like to respond to general helpdesk and technical questions in a timely and accurate manner, which we can do more effectively through our dedicated support staff.
