Appointment status waiting time

It would be great if we were able to run a report detailing waiting times of when patients arrive to when they are seen by a practitioner.  Is this something that Smarsoft is looking at incorporating?

Hi Lucy

Generally, practices do not set a status for 'Consultation Started' as it would be an additional unrequired overhead. The normal statuses used are 'Patient Arrived' and 'Completed', which is set automatically when billing a patient.

At this stage, for most Front Desk users, we would not have the data to be able to produce a report that indicates the time a patient has waited before being seen by a practitioner.
