Appointment type to match text message

It would be great if somehow the appointment type can correlate to a specific text message so it doesn't need to be adjusted manually.

For example - we have different appointment types that require different text messages.
1. Initial appointment - please arrive 5 minutes earlier to complete paperwork
2. Pilates text - confirming the group class, requires a Y reply
3. Case conference - we often book the patient in for a case conference (for billing purposes) but it's important they don't receive a text message as the appointment is with the clients GP or case manager
4. Pre-employment assessment - Client is required to bring specific paperwork, arrive early etc...
5. Hydrotherapy class - located at offsite pool so address required

Hi Amber. The easiest way to accomplish this is by creating SMS templates for each of the scenarios you’ve listed and using the new automatic SMS reminders feature, which allows you to apply override templates by practice group, practitioner or in your case, appointment type.
