Appointment Types Being Able to be Divided into Schedules

We have multiple services at our practice and within each service we have multiple appointment types.  We have divided the services into different schedules, which makes billing SO much easier.  However, the appointment types are becoming very unwieldy due to their large number.  It would be great if a function could exist so that when creating ( and with existing) appointment types they could somehow be attached to a specific schedule, which would then mean when making an appointment for a patient, once the correct schedule is selected, only the appointment types that belong to that schedule can be selected. Thanks!
