Appointment types within group bookings

Could we retain an appointment type within a group booking? We run Pilates sessions with individualised programs (paperless) and once they are placed in a group booking loose the information vital for practitioners to identify them at a glance which program is required. This would be a great time saver for practitioners.

Our thinking when implementing appointment types for group appointments is that this would be added in relation to the group e.g. Pilates, rather than the individual group member.

Our feeling is that the appointment type for the group is still appropriate, however we may be able to add some additional information, or an additional appointment type, per patient e.g. beginner. We believe that it does save time for most users to have one appointment type for the group.

We need some time to think about this and are open to feedback from other users.

We link our appointment types to the size and length of the classes - not to individual programs.

For example: Clinical Pilates Assessment, Clinical Pilates Review 30, Clinical Pilates Review 45, Clinical Pilates Review 60, Group Pilates 4:1 45, Group Pilates 4:1 60, Group Pilates 6:1 45, Group Pilates 6:1 60, , Group Pilates 9:1 45, Group Pilates 9:1 60, Group Pilates 2:1 30, Group Pilates 2:1 45, Group Pilates 2:1 60

then you have :
item codes to reflect pricing by the appointment types
class types to reflect different types clases and number of clients who can attend - eg. Clinical Pilates 2:1, Clinical Pilates 4:1, Clinical Pilates 6:1, Aqua Therapy, Matwork, etc

These are all linked through the booking gateway as well.

As we are yet to go paperless with our programs - I am not sure how you can fix the issue of
individual program.  It is also something we need to sort out.

Am very interested in your resolution of this issue.
