Archived appt types still showing

We have various appt types in the "System Information - Appointment Book - Appointment Types" which have been archived however when running some reports such as the Patient List report, if we are trying to refine the report to only select specific appt types, the archived ones are still available to choose from which  makes the list very long and somewhat confusing.

Is it possible to remove the archived appt types from this list please?

Also, it would be great if lists such as these would display the same way across the entirity of Front Desk at the moment, I find some things are alphabetised (which I LOVE) but other list in the order that they have been entered in which is less efficient to search as there is no rhyme or reason to the list order.

Thanks,

Hi Rachel

The functionality of the archived appointment types in the reporting section of Front Desk is working as designed. When archiving an appointment type it will no longer appear in the list when making appointments; however, it will still be viewable when producing reports that include appointment types, as users may wish to report on their previous use of these appointment types.

In regards to the ordering of standing data, such as appointment types in drop-down lists etc, we generally aim to make these consistent and for the lists to be alphabetical.

If you have found a drop-down list not ordered correctly, please let us know so we can amend it appropriately. Please send this information through to us by opening a support case on our website: www.smartsoft.com.au/support/

Thanks Andrew,

Can the reporting be updated to be able to show/hide archived appt types at all? This would greatly improve the efficiency and minimise the possibility of the incorrect appt type being selected when running reports.

Thanks,
