Arrival Status of Group Bookings

When our patients arrive we always change their status to say that they have arrived so that the practitioner can see in the queue that they are waiting to be seen.  However, we are unable to do this with a group booking as there is no facility to do so.  We would love this to be changed so we do have this facility and the clients in the group can join the practitioner queue which would make the queue a lot more accurate.

Hi Celia

While a Group Appointment as a whole doesn't have a status to update, it is still possible to change the status of the individual appointments within the group booking.

After loading the group appointment, you can right-click on the individual appointments to change the status as per normal.
