Arrival Status of Group Bookings

When our patients arrive we always change their status to say that they have arrived so that the practitioner can see in the queue that they are waiting to be seen.  However, we are unable to do this with a group booking as there is no facility to do so.  We would love this to be changed so we do have this facility and the clients in the group can join the practitioner queue which would make the queue a lot more accurate.

Hi Celia

While a Group Appointment as a whole doesn't have a status to update, it is still possible to change the status of the individual appointments within the group booking.

After loading the group appointment, you can right-click on the individual appointments to change the status as per normal.

I hope this helps.

Yes it does help by putting it in the practitioner queue, but is there anyway the bar down the side of the appointment can go red so it is easily seen at a glance that they have arrived without looking at the queue?

Hi Celia. There is no appointment status indicator for group appointments as a whole that you can view at a glance on the appointment book. The status indicators only apply to individual patients, so outside of looking at the patient queue, you will need to double click the group appointment to view the status of all patients as shown in the screenshot in Andrew's post above :)

Is there anyway to give a client two fee categories simultaneously. For example, if a client is receiving services for counselling and is also undertaking group therapy I am left to juggle the fee categories between the two services - and sometimes we forget to do this.

Is it possible to have the patients names of the group listed on the appointment book sheet rather than having to right click?
