Hi, we have gone paperless in the last six months and today had an incident whereby an attachment to a client file was accidentally deleted by one of our staff
It seems our only recourse now would be to do a restoration from back up and then reenter all transactions and clinical notes from the whole day - is there any other way of restoring this attachment?
If not, are we able to put a barr on the ability of staff to delete attachments? - at present we can barr staff from deleting clients and deleting/ altering notes but there is nothing I can see that I can do to stop deletion of attachments
