Audible alert when patients are 'arrived' at reception- opt in feature

Hi, apologies if this is already a feature- but I dont know how to find it- I would love it if I could opt in to turn on an audible alert when a patient is checked in- so if i am busy with another patient, or paperowrk oetc, that II dont have to keep looking at the screen in my room to know when they have arrived. Jen

Hi Jen. Front Desk doesn't currently have feature to provide an audio alert when a patient is marked as arrived. We like the idea and will continue to monitor user interest in this.

You know, I wouldn't mind this either. I'm often in my office on another screen, oblivious to what's happening on my FD screen.

Can you provide an update if this idea is being considered yet? It would be very useful when treating a patient and can not see the computer screen.

Hi Horizon Physio. Thank you for the reminder. At this stage, we are still monitoring user interest in this idea while we work through other development priorities. In the meantime, we still encourage other users to like this idea if you'd like to see this added to Front Desk in the future.
