When we are typing in our clinical notes is there anyway we can turn the auto complete off or off for a clinical note type?  When typing it will automatically change things that we don't want changed because we happened to type in a code while typing something else.  Great for treatment notes but not always good when typing in a history.

Hi Celia

The autocomplete feature has been designed to contain abbreviations to be replaced with full words such as “ax = assessment” or acl = Anterior Cruciate Ligament” which would make sense to always be overridden and thus there is no toggle for autocomplete to be turned off. It appears that you are using full words that you occasionally want to actually use as full words :) Our recommendation is to use only unique abbreviations that you want to expand out to full text.
