Banking Sheet Payment Transactions

For privacy concerns, I need to produce a report of banking payments without the clients names. For ease of our accounts ladies processing this, I then need to sort by payment type, e.g. credit card or cash. Neither of these is standard. 
In the 'payment transactions' option of the banking sheet, I can sort by payment type once I export to EXCEL and split the field.
But when I export to EXCEL the client number is not part of the export,so if I split the name field and report on only the first name, this is not always enough of an identifier to work backwards from if there is a query. The export does print the invoice number, but as I cannot find a place in frontdesk to look up an invoice number if I do not have a client name, that is not helpful. Or am I missing a function?

How can I produce a banking report that the account lady can complete her accounts from, with a reference that we can track back from, which does not include the full name, but preferably the client number?

Hi Linda. Thank you for your post.

There are presently no Banking Sheet reports that include a patient file number when exported to Excel, however you can search by invoice number in Front Desk from the System menu:

This should allow your accounts team to search for the particular invoice they need to record a payment against and easily double click it in the list to open the transactions tab of the relevant patient file.

As you have suggested, you can export the Payment Transactions report to Excel, delete the patient column and then pass the spreadsheet to your accounts team for processing using the invoice number.
