I've just done an amazing job (if I may say so myself) of clean installing Front Desk and restoring the database, linking up 5 networked computers - all functioning perfectly.
Only when I download and install the Patient Gateway file from https://www.smartsoft.com.au/Support/Upgrades?Upgrades I notice that the upgrade file and New Install file are the same. When I try to run it I get the error message "this upgrade is for Front Desk Patient Booking Gateway version 1.0.0 or above".
I'm confused. Is there somewhere I need to get the original 1.0.0 Gateway before updating?
I guess I'll have to wait till Wednesday otherwise, but I'd love to have this sorted sooner rather than later.
