Booking Gateway - Filter by practitioner, multiple sites

Hi Team, we've had a few patients recently complain that when they're trying to book online they have to select location first, then modality, then therapist. They'd like to be able to select a therapist first, then view the locations at which they're available, or select therapist and then "any location".
I realise the challenge with this is that therapists in different locations are actually set up as separate practitioners in FrontDesk with separate columns, but I thought this idea had merit and was worth considering in terms of future developments.
Thanks for consideration.

Hi Ben. Thank you for your post. When running a multi-location and/or multimodality practice, the first two questions are important to filter down the practitioner list to prevent a patient selecting a practitioner at the wrong location or in the wrong modality. Further, the majority of patients have a preferred location and in multimodality environments, they know the profession of the practitioner they wish to see. At that time, options for practitioners that are available and match this criteria are shown.

Also note that when patients with an account book subsequent appointments, the selection options are prefilled with the details of the current practitioner they're seeing. Further, the location and profession filters are not shown in a single location, single modality practice, in which case the first question is to simply select a practitioner.

We are happy to consider further improvements in this area.
