Booking patients which require resources

When developing appointment types a resource is automatically allocated to this appointment type. At the moment our reception has to create an appointment type and then add the resource manually to the appointment type every single time. When they forget to add the resource we are finding patients are being double booked for the resource. It would be time efficient if a warning would occur at the time of making the appointment when a resource is double booked.
