Bulk Email Error

When sending out a bulk email to clients for online booking we have opted to send to only a few categories of clients. in doing this we have gone through and selected the fee categories we would like to send. The issue is - when you select a category the wrong fee category of patients is coming up.

I am currently selecting a category for one of my private health insurance groups and it is coming up with all my workcover patients in the list. No other filters have been applied. Can we please arrange a fix for this so that it is not a problem on a monthly basis when we send to our new clients

Hi Scott

From what you have described, it is possible something has been incorrectly set or changed within your Fee Categories.  We would need to look into your particular set up to be certain.
