Cancelled/ Rescheduled Appointments Report from Client File

Hi, When clients cancel, our physios will get their email from reception stating reason for cancellation. Can this information be automatically stored in the client file (eg under events) so that when we go to look back (sometimes a couple of weeks later when we are doing dr reports), there is an easy "paper" trail that comes up on the clients file. This information is also worth keeping for eg habitual cancellers/ reschedulers

Hi Indra, I also wondered why we entered details re cancellations, until I searched ... the cancellation reasons are kept in the patient file, under Appointments, Cancel/Resched tab.   I'd also like to be able to pull a report on cancellations, or even DNAs ... mostly for the repeat offenders!

As Andrea has said, you can find patients’ cancellation reasons as recorded under the Appointments > Cancels/Reschedules tab in Front Desk:



On the Statistics tab, you can also get an overall picture of the Patient’s attendance rate:



If you are looking for a list of patients who have cancelled or missed an appointment within a date range, you can use the Appointments Report under Reports & Utilities:
