We have had an issue with contractors blocking out available shift times with little communication, and have removed their access to blocking out as a way to improve communication (ie they have to ask admin to block out unavailable times). A couple of them have started using the casual appointment function to do this as a work around, using a "." as the appointment description. Though I realise this is an internal disciplinary issue, I can't find a way of removing user access to Casual appointment. Is there an easy way to add this to the existing appointment book access options?
