Casual Appointments reason for deletion

Opt in or out of "Reason for Deletion" with casual appointments. We use casual appointments for reminders, phone messages etc. Having to put in a reason for deleting these casual appointments is tedious when there is no need for it to be tracked in our practice. Whilst some practices may benefit from it, is it not possible to have an opt in/opt out option please?

I agree. We use casual notes a lot for little things and the reason for deletion is already annoying our admin staff as we delete and change these a lot.

Hi all. Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that a new version of Front Desk, due for release later this week, will include an option to turn off the reason for deletion when deleting casual appointments.

This feature is now available in Front Desk v19.0.2, which can be downloaded at www.smartsoft.com.au/support
