Is it possible to have a link in clinical notes that would take you directly to the patients cdmNet file. This would allow direct access to the patients Chronic Disease Management plan records created by the GP and practice nurse. Please ( no more need to scan the EPC plan saving lots of disk space)

I think It is a little trickier than that.
What I am looking for is for the link to sign you into cdmNet and then take you to the specific patient file in cdmNet. This would then work for a new patient as well as for historical data. Providing all the benefits of cdmNet without having to make it part of front desk. Giving complete access to all the patients history including test results and entries by other plan members on the 721 and 723.
cdmNet is at no cost to allied health.
