When we set up frontdesk we chose 30 minute intervals for our practitioners. We then needed some practitioners on 15 minute intervals so set up a separate practice group for that.

We needed to change a practitioner from 30 to 15 minute intervals which we did by changing their practice group however this was the result:

Each one hour appointment has been broken up into 2x 15 minute appointments starting on the half hour. So our 4 hour appointments now appear as 8x 15 minute appointments etc. This then translates to incorrect information in the time management report (eg the above two days report as 5 hours 15 minutes work when excluding the casual appointments).

We have other practitioners that we need to change as well - any suggestion on how we can avoid the above scenario.

Hi Heidi

It is recommended that you revert back to 30 minute intervals in the meantime, then open a support case for one of our staff to assist you: https://www.smartsoft.com.au/support
Adjusting appointment intervals often depends on your specific setup and use, including appointment book start and end times, existing appointments and the intervals being adjusted.

Note: I have removed the image posted of your appointment book as it contained patient information.
