Our clinic is getting rather large and we have seen at our doctors surgery they use the Jayex check in kiosk for patient arrivals and to update details. Is there any chance of using a similar integration with Front Desk?

Hi Paul. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. At this stage it is not possible to integrate with any kiosk systems, but we are
happy to monitor user interest in this idea.

IPads have free standing kiosk stands. Would it be possible to write an app for an iPad so patients
could check in when they arrive rather than using any current kiosk systems?

Hi Paul. We're still monitoring this idea, though we would need a significant amount of user interest in automated check-ins to pursue this further at this stage.

Yes what is annoying for us is basic history on paper that get copied in attachments uses up time and printer function, may this could also do new patient forms and checkins??????

We would definitely be interested. This would be especially useful for our patients who attend outside Reception hours.

Would be great for us too at both locations.
For our Pilates classes - clients can register in.
Also for new patients details could be added on arrival at both clinic and studio.

To reiterate my post from 2 years ago - we would be incredibly interested. We have considered other ways with other software packages to complete a check-in process for clients attending larger classes (particularly before/after hours when our reception staff are under the pump) however all options appeared too clunky and essentially double handling information. This process would complement the proposed “package payment” implementation - allowing clients to not only check-in but potentially pay for a package and make further bookings at the kiosk.
