Class Default codes allocated when booking through Patient Gateway

Is there a way to default items codes to class descriptions when clients are booking on the gateway.  We have around 20 different class types (item codes).   Or at least link the correct item code to the classes size/time variations that are on our website/gateway.

At present we need to manually correct item codes for online bookings appointments.

It is possible for an Item Code to be assigned to Group Appointments booked via the Patient Booking Gateway. This requires the correct item code to be assigned to the Appointment Type linked to your Group Appointment. 

Start with confirming the Appointment Type assigned to your Group Appointment/s:



The next step is to confirm the item codes that will be allocated to online bookings. Go to System Information > Appointment Book > App Types and select the Appointment Type assigned to your Group Appointment.

On the Patient Booking Gateway tab, you can assign the Default Item Codes for each of your practitioners.



You will need to repeat this for all Appointment Types that you assign to Group Appointments. 

Once this has been set, the default Item Code will automatically be applied for Group Appointments booked online.
