Clinical Note Type related to appointment type

  • Under Consideration
We have a few different types of clinical notes which the Practitioner has to change manually to suit the type of visit he has performed.  We were wondering if it was possible to have a clinical note type default, linked to an appointment type.  This would mean if the appointment was a massage for example, when the practitioner went to write their clinical note , the type in clinical notes would automatically be set to massage.  This would alleviate the practitioners forgetting to change the type so their clinical note would be more accurate. The type, of course, could be changed manually as it is now, if necessary.  Thank you

Hi Celia,
Bear with me because I don't have access to FD from my current desk, but isn't the current default treatment type already able to be set separately for each practitioner? I thought it was. Joyaa

Our practitioner have quite a few different appointment types so I want the clinical note type to be the same as the appointment type, not just the default type set for a practitioner. Hope that makes sense.  :)

Are there any updates on this Frontdesk?  Would be so helpful for us and I am sure it would assist others as well.
