Is there an auto Booking Confirmation email that goes to the patient after they Book via the Gateway? Our patients are concerned that they don't know if the Booking has been made or not.
Hi Oakbank Physio. The Patient Booking Gateway is designed to send appointment confirmation emails to all patients that book online. If your patients aren't receiving confirmation emails, it is likely due to an email configuration issue. Email settings for your Patient Booking Gateway can be configured in Front Desk from File > Patient Booking Gateway > Email.
