We have Couples Counselling appts and most don't have the same Surname.
At the moment, when we create the New Patient,
we are putting both First names in the top section
and Last names separated by a forward slash in the Surname section.
Is there another way you suggest we do this,
to make these couples appointments, that would be easier?

Thank you for your post on the community.

There is certainly another way we can suggest that you book in appointment for Couples Counselling.

We do have a feature called Group Appointments.  They are designed for appointments where more than one patient will be attending.  For Couples Counselling, you can name the Group Appointment as the combined surname and then place both patients within that Group Appointment.  Billing and transactions are done as per normal.

A guide on how to achieve this is below:

1. You would need to first separate the patients out and make sure each patient had their own file.
2. Right-click on the Appointment Book
3. Select Add Group Appointment

4. You could use the couples Surnames as the Title, for example:

5. From here, click Add on the right-hand side
6. Add the two patients separately into the Group Appointment.

On the Appointment Book the appointment would look as follows:

I hope this helps.
