Cursor disappears from the Full Name field

When entering a new client from the Appointment Book (double click on desired time, choose New) the cursor does not stay in the Full Name field and we have to either click there manually or on the Full Name button. It does stay there if you enter a new client via the Search on Patient button. This takes a little extra time & is an annoyance when we automatically start typing & it goes nowhere. Can we get this fixed please?
