Cursor hover "pop-up" over patients not working all the time?

Just the last few weeks the pop-up when you hover over a patient just suddenly stops working. Restarting FrontDesk doesn't fix it, but restarting the computer does... for a while... then it decides to stop working again after a few hours.

Has this happened to anyone before? I feel like some windows driver or program is interfering with it. Does any know what it may be?

Hi Andrew. We aren't aware of any Front Desk specific issues that would cause this. Our developers agree that other Windows software might be interfering, but as to what software this is, we are unsure. Perhaps if you can contact us when the issue presents itself we might be able to take an initial look.
