Database size close to limit

We have just received a warning telling us that our database size is getting close to the limit and that if we exceed the limit we risk losing our Front Desk data.

Has anyone else had this problem and can anyone offer a solution to this problem?

We run our software through the cloud and have recently converted to clinical notes so we are having to scan and store a lot more information online than previously.

This message is displayed to users whose Front Desk database size is approaching the limit set by Microsoft for different MS SQL database installations. This is not a common occurrence and generally only occurs if you have added attachments that have not been size optimised or added an exceeding large number of attachments to the database.

Front Desk is designed to present this message to provide you sufficient time to resolve this issue, however please do not delay actioning this matter.

As there a several options available to manage this, please open a support case at: www.smartsoft.com.au/support
