Is it possible to have the third party email address as the default address when sending from attachements. It currently uses the patient email addresses listed in the 'general' tab. The dropdown option is workable but wondering if there is a way to default to third party as the majority of attachments are sent to this group rather than the patient.
The background is we had an attachment sent to a patient instead of the 3rd party and although this is a user error, suspect it is due to our staff assuming it would be 3rd party as per invoicing.
