Hi at this stage we have to go in and manually adjust event types to eg: email snt. Is it possible to have some event types default or to have an option (like a drop down box) to select the appropriate event type. So when we are sending an email from front desk the information goes into the event with event type email snt automatically. Currently when we send sms the message sent comes up with event type sms snt automatically. I have spoken to FD toady and they advised that it is not currently possible. Is this something that could be looked at in one of the future upgrades.
