Default length of casual appointments

I have started setting different appointment types to have different lengths depending on the practitioner (we give new grad additional time), and now it seems to have affected the default length of casual appointments.  I can't for the life of me figure out how to change that!  I just want 1 interval as the default for casual appointments and 2 or 3 or 4 intervals for other appointments according to the appointment type.  Where do I find this?

Hi Andrea. The default interval for casual appointments is adopted from the per practitioner interval setting of your global default appointment type.

This is set in File > System Information > Appointment Book > App Types.

If a practitioner file has a default appointment type override set, the interval of this appointment type will be used instead.

This is set in File > Practitioners > Select Practitioner > Appointment Book.
