Currently we are doing two separate steps to Cancel an apt and then set a recall - if the phone rings or a patient comes in or out, its so easy to forget to go back and do the second step. It would make it so much easier if it was just one step ... Pleeeeease ! We raised this 7 months ago and it is still as big an issue now as it was then.
